How does it work?
Step 1: Sign up
You'll get a free month, afterwards pay a fixed fee of $25 per year.
Tell us what level of recruitment fee you are willing to pay per external hire. We'll give you a unique HireAway inbox email address to save into your address book.
Step 2: Forward your recruiter emails
Each time you forward an email from a recruiter to your HireAway inbox, we will automatically reach out to them and tell them to delete your email from their mailing list.
Instead, we'll invite them to connect with your company on HireAway, where they can submit candidates to your open roles. To submit candidates, they must agree to your terms.
Step 3: Review profiles, and interview the ones you like.
Once you find a candidate you like, we will ask the recruiter to help you find an interview slot.
If you choose to hire any of them, we will facilitate the fee payment to ensure the process is transparent and honest.
